Sesame Sticks

Here is a quick, easy and healthy recipe for snacks that your kids would love to munch.

Ingredients

  1. Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
  2. White sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
  3. Salt – 1/4 tsp (or to taste)
  4. Oil (Sesame/ Sunflower/ Olive) – 1 tbsp
  5. Water at room temperature (as needed)

Direction

  1. Knead the wheat flour with all the other ingredients to make a soft dough.
  2. Roll out small finger shaped sticks.
  3. Dip each stick in sesame so sesame sticks to it.
  4. Flatten each stick a little pressing by hand
  5. Transfer the sticks to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Preheat oven to 450F and bake for 20- 25 min, till the sticks are cripsy.
  7. Enjoy with kids.
