Here is a quick, easy and healthy recipe for snacks that your kids would love to munch.
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
- White sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
- Salt – 1/4 tsp (or to taste)
- Oil (Sesame/ Sunflower/ Olive) – 1 tbsp
- Water at room temperature (as needed)
Direction
- Knead the wheat flour with all the other ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Roll out small finger shaped sticks.
- Dip each stick in sesame so sesame sticks to it.
- Flatten each stick a little pressing by hand
- Transfer the sticks to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 450F and bake for 20- 25 min, till the sticks are cripsy.
- Enjoy with kids.
